Cash Hester has been a champion of the arts and cultural community in Baltimore, Maryland for nearly three decades. Her experience in the areas of art, world culture and travel have made her a respected arts administrator and manager. She worked at some of the most recognizable art institutions in Baltimore, including The Eubie Blake National Jazz Museum, The Baltimore Office of Promotions and The Arts, and The Baltimore Museum of Art, before becoming a cultural entrepreneur, with Concepts By Cash.

Concepts By Cash currently works with artists of different genres to help manage, and promote their careers. CBC, contracts, supports and represents artists with negotiating visual arts exhibits as well as performing arts presentations.
